Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and refund of Non-faulty products

According to L. 2251/1994, as it was modified by L. 3587/2007, consumers may withdraw from any remote purchase within 14 days with no need for justification. The consumer is charged of the shipping costs for the return. Suppliers are obliged to pay back the amount of the purchase within 14 days from the time of the notification of the withdrawal of the transaction.

Return of products and refund of purchase is possible under the following conditions:

  • Contact our company at 0030 210 3821789 or send an email at info@theodoroushoes.gr to notify us for  the return of the product.
  • The return is made within 14 days from the day of initial delivery to the consumer.
  • The products must be unused.
  • The products must be accompanied by all the necessary documents, proof of the transaction (e.g. invoice, receipt, bill of lading etc).

If the aforesaid conditions are not met, the refund is invalid.

If valid, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the consumer’s credit card or bank account within 14 days.

Return-Exchange of products in the physical store

The return-exchange of products up to 30 days from the purchase is possible by visiting us in our store located in Lykavittou 6 str., 10671 Athens by bringing the products together with all accompanying documents (receipt etc). If the product of choice is immediately available, the customer can receive it on site together with a new receipt.

Otherwise the customer receives a Receipt of Return and a credit coupon of same value as the returned product and credible for 6 months for future purchases from our physical store OR our e-shop. MONETARY REFUND is NOT supported from our company for returns of non faulty products after 14 days have passed from obtaining them. In case the customer visits our physical store within 6 months for the redemption of the credit coupon through the choice of some of our products, the customer is required to bring together the Receipt of Return AND the credit coupon. It will not be possible to redeem the debt of the company through the choice of products without those two documents.

Exchange of products with via courier service

The return-exchange of products up to 30 days from the purchase is possible by sending them together with all the accompanying documents (receipt etc) to our store (the full address is provided in the ‘contact us’ section of our website). You are kindly requested to contact us in advance to arrange for the shipping since the shipping cost is covered by us. In case the customer’s product of choice is immediately available it is immediately dispatched together with a new receipt. In case the desired product is unavailable our company will contact the customer and send a Receipt of Return and a credit coupon of same value as the returned product and credible during a period 6 months for future purchases from our physical store OR our e-shop. MONETARY REFUND is NOT supported from our company for returns of non faulty products after 14 days have passed from obtaining them. When the customer visits our e-shop within 6 months for the redemption of the credit coupon through the choice of some of our available products, then it is sent with a new receipt and the credit coupon is considered redeemed.

If the product is not sent within 30 working days we reserve the right not to accept it for exchange. The date that on the post receipt is considered the date of delivery.

In any case returned products must be in the same condition as received by the customer, complete and undamaged in their original packaging and in good condition, including all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. invoice, receipt, bill of lading etc).

Shipping costs for exchange of goods are covered by us.

Returning Faulty Products

In the case that our company is at fault for the handing of faulty products, of bad quality or due to a mistake in the order process, pricing, shipment, damaged during shipment or bad packaging etc then we take full responsibility for the replacement as well as shipping costs for the replacement product. In case the desired product is unavailable, our company will contact the customer and send a Receipt of Return and a credit coupon of same value as the returned product and credible during a period 6 months for future purchases from our physical store OR our e-shop.

The conditions for returning faulty products are the same as the return-exchange policy.
